The shortlist for the annual Image Businesswoman of the Year Awards has been announced.

And it features all the glamorous guests as expected.

The awards are in their seventh years and feature a variety of successful women across industries, including fashion, media, health and business and is being proudly supported by Independent.ie

Featured on this year's shortlist is stylist and philanthropist Sonya Lennon, Ramona Nicholas, CEO of Cara Pharmacy Group and Dragon's Den star, Cocoa Brown founder Marissa Carter, designer Joanne Hynes and Natalie B Coleman.

According to the magazine, "the awards aim to recognise and celebrate inspirational women in the Irish business world".

"Each nomination is subject to a rigorous judging process with judges drawn from the worlds of business, finance, media and academia, meaning that the shortlisted nominees truly are at the top of their fields."
