The reality star's painful beauty treatment
They saw that beauty is pain, but this is just ridiculous. Kim Kardashian is known for sharing everything with her fans from getting Botox injections to documenting her marriage breakdown and the latest episode of her reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians is no exception.
Before she became pregnant, the tv mogul allowed the cameras to follow her while getting a blood facial. The treatment is the latest celebrity skin fad, which involves a large needle drawing blood from your arm then re-injecting it back in your face with smaller, acupuncture style needles. And from the looks of things, it's an excruciating procedure.
"I love trying anything that makes you look and feel youthful," she said as to why she wanted to try the blood facial. Kim brought her pal, PR guru Jonathan Cheban for the treatment and vowed afterwards that she would "never get a facelift" if that's what it felt like. The treatment is a new, updated version of the 'vampire facelift', which involves a number of painful injections to the face.
Meanwhile, the four months pregnant star is following doctor's orders of taking it easy after being rushed to hospital last week for stress related pain. After Paris Fashion Week, Kim was ordered to cut her schedule - including her workout regime - drastically, for her health and that of her baby with boyfriend Kanye West.
