Epic Miss: For her umteenth 'I'm shedding my good girl image' performance Miley initially came out in a cartoon themed leotard which was removed to reveal this nude rubber underwear which she teamed with white flatform trainers. Stop trying so hard Miley.
Hit: Lady Gaga arrived looking normal (for her) in this black number. But, she it wasn't long before she was in full Gaga mode...
Hit: Lady Gaga changed costumes a number of times during her performance. Over the top and seen it before? Maybe, but it's good to have a real pop star back doing her thing.
Miss: Singer Ciara looked more Vegas showgirl than pop star in this feathery number.
Hit: Jennifer Hudson rocked this monochrome leather skirt and check strapless top.
Miss: This animal print dress looks more Bet Lynch than A list pop star on Katy Perry.

Hit: It's not very MTV or rock'n'roll but Taylor Swift looked beautiful in this black dress which she teamed with old school hair and make-up.
