The superstar singer's neighbour is accusing him of battery
Justin Bieber's downward spiral is continuing at breakneck speed...and so is his Ferrari.
The superstar singer is being invesigated by LAPD after a battery complaint was made against him by one of his neighbours, who confronted the Biebs about his "wreckless driving" of the sports car in their quiet neighbourhood.
Bieber, who lives in one of the most exclusive gated communities in the Los Angeles suburb of Calabasas is allegedly in hot water with his neighbours after allegedly driving at high speeds in their neighbourhood, according to TMZ. And now, one of his neighbours has filed a battery complaint against him after an altercation on his property yesterday.
The neighbour reportedly told police that the star was driving "unbelievably recklessly" in his Ferrari, and was particularly upset because his wife was walking the family dog before 9am.
The man in question, who has not yet been named, went to Justin's house to complain about his driving and claims that Justin made some sort of physical contact with him and has now filed an official police report.
L.A. County Sheriff senior media advisor Steve Whitmore confirmed that the Sheriff's Department did receive a call around 9:00am yesterday morning and that allegations of battery against Bieber were made. Although he could not go into the details of the case, he explained: "We're investigating as we speak." No arrests have been made and team Bieber have denied that any contact was made during the argument.
Bieber has rarely been out of the public eye in recent weeks - he fainted backstage after a concert in London and was subsequently hospitalised, was forced to cancel a concert in Portugal, attacked a very aggressive paparazzi, split with long-term girlfriend Selena Gomez and has developed a habit of going shirtless in public.
He's currently in the middle of his global Believe tour, but has been making trips home to his LA base in between dates.
