"There are so many people! Rosie Huntington-Whiteley - like who wouldn’t really?!" Erin gushed.
America is celebrating Thanksgiving today and Erin chatted about what her family usually gets up to. They all gather at her Aunt's house, with the model joking if her relative didn't cook for them all they would starve.
"Well, it’s always at my Aunt Michelle’s house, and she is an angel! She’s the cook in the family and thank God for her, or we’d never get together. She pretty much cooks everything for the dinner - turkey, dessert, everything!" she laughed.
"I really just love the turkey. My aunt always does an incredible job with it, and how often do you really get to eat turkey? You never just go to a restaurant and order the turkey dinner. You can’t; it has to be saved for Thanksgiving."
It may be a US national holiday but Christmas is also just around the corner, so Erin has been preparing for that as well.
She likes to give her family gift ideas and this year is hoping to get some scented candles. The festive period will be spent with loved ones too, although Erin doesn't hold with the traditional way to spend the holiday.
"I skied once and really liked it, and I do love the whole getting cosy by the fire routine, but 100 per cent beach," she laughed, when quizzed on her favourite festive break.
