Thor actress Jaimie Alexander ensured all eyes were on her as she did a 'Gwyneth' in a body-baring dress at the Thor premiere.

Relatively unknown actress Jaimie Alexander ensured that she won't stay that way for much longer by turning up to the LA premiere of Thor: The Dark World in a body-baring black Azzaro Couture gown.

The outfit, which featured strategically-placed full-length sheer mesh panels down the back and front, required that underwear be eschewed and personal grooming be very heavily invested in.

Flouting the well-known 'legs or cleavage' rule, Alexander somehow managed to maintain her modesty on the red carpet and narrowly avoided any potentially embarrassing slip-ups while playing a game of peek-a-boo, can you see my foo foo?

The 29-year-old, who plays Sif in the Thor trilogy, has taken the sheer trend one step further than fellow actress Gwyneth Paltrow. Gwynnie famously wore a revealing sheer-sided Antonio Berardi creation that showed off her "22-year-old stripper's butt" (her words, not ours) to the Iron Man 3 premiere in April.

Alexander's attention-grabbing tactics appear to have worked though; rumour has it she may be about to win the role of Wonder Woman in the upcoming Warner Bros flick Batman Vs Superman.
