Reality TV star Kim Kardashian divulges her three golden rules on how to take a skilful selfie.
Who better to preach the selfie gospel than the queen of self promotion Kim Kardashian, who stole the number one selfie spot with the snap of her derrière in October. There is probably a 'Selfie: how to' book already in the pipeline for the reality TV star.
Hanging with pal Brittny Gastineau in a US nail salon, Kim reveals the three key rules to stick to in order to fulfil your maximum selfie potential.
Rule number one: "You always need [your camera] to be a little bit higher [than yourself]. You always have to have it from high to low."
Rule number two: "Know your angle."
Rule number three: "Know the lighting."
And "no duck face", Kim explains of the selfie takers' tendency to pull an exaggerated pout. "I love doing that, because it gives you cheekbones. But people get so mad," Kim explains to Brittny on Extra TV.
Also welcomed is a hype girl to coo encouraging words at your poses. Brittny gushes 'Love it' as she watches Kim's prowess in front of the camera, and scoffs 'Shut up!' when Kim laments "Ugh, I look disgusting without make-up".
