What a way to celebrate your 40th birthday.
Kate Moss is the confirmed cover star for the 60th birthday edition of Playboy.
The 39-year-old model will feature in the magazine for the January/February 2014 issue to celebrate the brand's coming of age.
Kate's involvement with the iconic publication has thrilled editorial director Jimmy Jellinek, who believes she's as famous as Marilyn Monroe - who set the ball rolling six decades ago.
"This is a massive global brand, you need a global icon in order to celebrate that - that was the impetus. You're talking about the face of Burberry, the biggest supermodel in the world on the cover of Playboy," he told the Los Angeles Times newspaper.
"She's the perfect partner for us to help launch the next 60 years... It started with Marilyn Monroe on the cover of Playboy 60 years ago, an icon for her time. Now we've got Kate Moss!"
Playboy founder Hugh Hefner agreed with Jimmy, adding: "She's a worldwide celebrity, is iconic, and crosses the boundaries from sexual imagery to upscale modelling. It's a natural for us."
It is thought the pictures have already been shot by Kate's photographer pals Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott and will see her wearing French cuffs, silk stockings, velveteen bunny ears and a seductive smile.
The rumours of her cover began circulating in June when her hairstylist was thought to have accidentally mentioned working with the British star on the photoshoot.
This won't be the first time the blonde beauty has bared all for a photoshoot.
She shed her clothes to promote suntan lotion St Tropez earlier this year and confidently strut her stuff in an advert for jewellery designer David Yurman.
