Just weeks after announcing a new Irish tour, Samantha Mumba is already planning her next move -- starting a family.
The Dublin songstress, who kick-starts a nationwide run of gigs next month, said that children are definitely in the near future for her.
"In five years time I would love to see myself with a little bambino or two," she said
"I hope to have gotten some of my endeavours of the ground by then," added the singer.
The 31-year-old is loved up with her husband, policeman Torray Scales, but said it took her a while to get used to married life.
"Getting married was a big adjustment, but I'm really enjoying it and I had an amazing time last year working on The Hit. The support from everyone was incredible."
One of the country's biggest popstars in the 1990s, Mumba disappeared into the wilderness over the last 13 years, but is now back on the Irish music scene.
The Gotta Tell You singer said that she still has a lot of love for her former manager Louis Walsh.
"We aren't in touch anymore but I am forever grateful for the impact he had on my career."
Last year, it emerged she had bagged a ¿1million deal to star in a Hollywood musical which was expected to rival Les Miserables' success.
However, progress has since stalled and Samantha admitted that she doesn't know when work will begin on the production.
