Heidi Montag regrets her many, many plastic surgeries
Three years ago the former Hills star underwent ten procedures in one day, including enlarging her breasts to an F cup, a nose job and liposuction.
She recently went under the knife again, this time to reduce her chest size to a C cup.
“I definitely regret the surgeries that I have had over the years, I think I was so young and in such an unstable situation in my life with so much going on and so much pressure,” Heidi told the Mail Online.
“It is really hard to be a woman in this day and age with all the media and internet and comments, there is so much more negativity coming at people, it is a lot easier to be insecure and let that get to me.”
The latest surgery was performed by Angelina Jolie's surgeon Dr. Jay Orringer.
Heidi made the decision to undergo further surgery as her large chest size had caused her a number of health problems, and left her unable to perform simple daily tasks.
“Over the past few years my implants have handicapped me, I have not been able to do a lot of things. I have not been able to do laundry, or look after my dogs or clean my house. I‘ve had to stop working out because my injuries are so severe I cannot even do simple things like rowing or running.
“I have been limited in my everyday life and the last few months especially have been so uncomfortable and in pain that it has really been taking a toll on my life and my mood,” she explained.
Heidi seemed pleased with the results of the surgery, parading her new body around in a string of colourful bikinis while on holiday with husband Spencer Pratt.
The couple were celebrating their fifth wedding anniversary in Cabo San Lucas at the One & Only Palmilla Resort, the same place the pair eloped to get married in 2008.
