It's been the worst kept secret in Hollywood, but Gwen Stefani has finally confirmed her pregnancy.

The No Doubt singer (43) already has two children Kingston (7) and Zuma (5) with husband Gavin Rossdale, showed off her growing baby bump at a red carpet event for Salvatore Ferragamo for Los Angeles last night.

Joining them at the A-list event was Charlize Theron, Rachel Zoe, Nicole Richie, Alessandra Ambrosio, Anne V, Courtney Cox and Freida Pinto.

Reports have been circulating that Stefani is pregnant for several months and are said to be thrilled with the new addition to their family.

"Gwen and Gavin couldn't be happier. She’s just trying to focus on resting right now," an insider close to the family told US magazine In Touch Weekly.

"She wants to make sure that all is well with the baby."

Stefani is known for her stunning figure, which snapped back into shape following her two pregnancies. She is often seen showing off her toned stomach in crop tops, but opted for a flowing black vest when she was spotted in Los Angeles at the end of last month.

Last year, Gwen discussed the impact motherhood had on her. The No Doubt singer admitted worrying about whether she is doing a good enough job, especially as her children are growing up.

“The only thing I really worry about is, again – like, I keep bringing it up because it’s my biggest stress – how do I do this and that? How do I do both? So that’s like the constant battle that I have every day. I do worry about that all the time,” she previously told UK magazine Elle. “When you first have a baby your life doesn’t change.

"I mean, you have a little less sleep and you drag these cuddly things around and it’s just amazing. But you still get to be you. Once they get to, like, five, six and school, it starts to get, like, ‘Wow, they’ve got real problems. They’re my responsibility…’ Oh my god. That is overwhelming.”
