IRELAND could get its very own flock of sexy angels just in time for Christmas.
Victoria's Secret is to finally open its first store in Ireland – and the prospect of the show-stopping beauties touching down is raising temperatures.
The beauty and accessories outlet will throw open its doors in Dublin Airport's Terminal 2 this weekend and will focus on beauty products and accessories designed for the modern jet-setter.
The news comes only months after Irish woman Margaret McDonald landed one of the top jobs in the world's most famous lingerie brand.
Known as the world's sexiest store, shoppers will find fragrances like the FiFi Award-winning Victoria's Secret Bombshell to smell like their favourite Angel.
Travel-ready items such as signature lip glosses and body-care products will also be available to beautify girls on the go.
And a range of chic accessories that add an extra pop of glamour to weekend getaways will be available in store.
Branded cosmetic cases, soft scarves, sunglasses, fashion bags, passport holders, phone wallets, travel adaptors, headphones and, of course, the Angels' famous panties will be on sale.
The shop will keep with the sophisticated style of Victoria's Secret, while the interior features the same black-cherry fixtures and eye-catching focal walls.
The store will also showcase a gallery of iconic black-and-white images and a video wall that broadcasts footage of the Victoria's Secret Angels.
A spokesperson told the Sunday Independent that the iconic brand was not ruling out opening a store in Dublin city centre or Angels flying in to Dublin for the first time.
Ms McDonald, of Athy, Co Kildare, was appointed as the president of Victoria's Secret earlier this year.
The billion-dollar business is now being run by Ms McDonald, who started her career as a trainee buyer in Penneys.
The company had been exclusively home-based in its retailing until it launched in the UK last year.
With Ms McDonald at the lead, the company is recording sky-high profits and worldwide recognition.
