Tom Ford is rumoured to be the next designer collaborating with H&M.
The 49-year-old American fashion designer gained international acclaim as creative director of Gucci, and after leaving the role he went on to launch his hugely successful eponymous clothing line.
Now rumours are circulating that Tom may be the next star to design a range for Swedish high street retailer H&M.
“Word on the grapevine is buzzing that Tom Ford is the designer that H&M has lined up for its next designer collaboration,” reports Catwalk Queen.
H&M has famously teamed up with a host of the world’s most respected designers in the past, including Stella McCartney, Karl Lagerfeld and is currently selling a line by iconic French luxury label Lanvin.
The hotly anticipated Lanvin and H&M collection went on sale this week, and proved an immense success.
The Alber Elbaz-designed range includes a range of stylish evening dresses with ruffles and voluminous sleeves, sexy mini-skirts, shoes and accessories. Many of the designs sold out within a few hours.
