Celebrity trainer Pat Henry gives his 10 tips to maintain your weight loss.
1. Turn down your heating it will increase fat burning.
2. Surround yourself with positive people, no vampires!
3. Have a treat day once a week.
4. Keep a food diary.
5. Plan your food for the week ahead.
6. Take some form of exercise every single day. For 40 minutes.
7. Have a fruit-only day to cleanse: pears or grapes plus water over 24 hours.
8. Don't use heavy weights, keep it light.
9. Visualise daily how you want to look. Focus your mind.
10. Learn to love yourself.
