Travolta and Beckham at shop launch
The Grease star and the former England footballer were suited and booted as the guests of honour at the luxury watch brand's boutique opening and happily posed together modelling the Swiss watches in Bond Street.
John arrived first, accompanied by a dozen women dressed as flight attendants, followed later by David, who flew back to the UK after getting a front row seat at the Louis Vuitton menswear show in Paris. He recently returned from a tour of China.
The pair, both keen fliers, joked and chatted with each other before they met Breitling owner Theodore Schneider at the event.
Qualified pilot John has been an ambassador for the aviation-linked brand for more than eight years and is a fan of the Navitimer, while David was chosen as the face of the Transocean Chronograph Unitime worldtimer timepiece and stars in the advertising campaign.
"I've always been a long-time admirer of Breitling. As a company they create not only the highest-performance watches but also timeless designs that have inspired generations. It was a natural choice for me to partner with this fantastic brand," said David.
