Stylish Yvonne leaves ITV hungry for more

NIGELLA Lawson, watch out. Our own 'Celebrity MasterChef' star Yvonne Keating took over the kitchen for her own cookery slot on ITV's 'This Morning' programme.

And the mum of three made an impression on hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford.

The 39-year-old put her own spin on healthy summer food, spicing up a chicken with a Chinese-inspired feast.

"I don't know if I should say this on air, but it's definitely my favourite dish," Holmes said as he tasted the final meal. "We'd love to have you back," he added.

The emphasis was on healthy food for the Celebrity MasterChef as she shared cooking tips.

Yvonne created a sauce made from balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard and soy sauce and added chillies, pineapple, garlic and onions.

The marinated chicken was then served with peppers, red onions, roasted fennel seeds and pineapple cubes.

She tweeted afterwards about how much she enjoyed her live cooking debut.

"What a blast on 'This Morning' . . . loved it," she said.

In a recent interview, Yvonne credited her boyfriend John Conroy with improving her culinary skills.
