Stewart, McKellen bond in New York
The co-stars - who star in the Broadway production of Two Plays In Rep, a combination of Harold Pinter's No Man's Land and Samuel Beckett's Waiting For Godot - shared photos from their New York City sightseeing tour on Twitter, ahead of the play's end on March 30.
"As it's @TwoPlaysInRep last 2 weeks we thought we'd share all the #gogodididonyc "outtakes"...1 for each show left," Patrick wrote, with a pic of the pair outside Katz's Delicatessen.
"Only 16 more performances and Two Plays In Rep will be gone from Broadway - and everywhere - for ever," he added.
The actors, who play rivals in the X-Men films, began documenting their adventures in the Big Apple in September, by taking photos around the city in stylish, matching bowler hats. Back then, they visited the Empire State Building, caught a basketball game and met Sesame Street's Elmo, and their latest trip saw them playing skeeball in Coney Island, posing in phone booths and visiting the Statue of Liberty.
The pair will reprise their roles as Professor Charles Xavier and Magneto respectively in the next X-Men movie, X-Men: Days Of Future Past, which also stars James McAvoy, Hugh Jackman and Michael Fassbender.
