Selena Gomez has admitted she was "way stressed out" after her split from Justin Bieber.
The singer and actress opened up about her personal life in a special documentary for E!, Ryan Seacrest with Selena Gomez. She told the presenter how difficult it had been to go through a public breakup.
Selena confessed: "I'm sure you could actually see those pictures of me being, like, way stressed out about it. And it's hard, because what do you do? Do you just want to sit in your house and hide and not go anywhere?"
The Spring Breakers star split from Never Say Never singer Justin earlier this year because their hectic schedules made it difficult for them to see each other. They had been dating on and off for two years.
The 20-year-old is trying to maintain a friendship with her 19-year-old ex and they were recently pictured together by a pool at a Fourth of July party.
She recently told InStyle magazine: "It's uncomfortable that everywhere I go, people know. I don't like that. But Justin and I never really focused on the attention. You can't help who you date.
"So I wouldn't swear off that or say that's what I want again. I don't know. I'm a kid, and a breakup is normal. I have to go through the emotions and feel it out. I'm doing my own thing, being with my friends, and he's doing very well too."
