IT will be a case of 'Irish twins' for Bob Geldof's daughter Peaches who has announced that she is over three months pregnant just six months after giving birth.
The 23-year-old welcomed baby Astala in April and will now have another boy in close succession.
There is only one year between Ms Geldof and sister Pixie (22) and it seems it may be becoming a family tradition.
Ms Geldof admitted that finding out she was pregnant so soon came as "quite a shock".
She realised that she was pregnant when she noticed a "bump" and began to crave sweets, similar to her last pregnancy.
"I did go, 'Oh my god, we're going to have a one-year-old and a one-month-old! How will we cope?'" she said.
However, the television presenter added that having a supportive husband in Tom Cohen rid her of any fears.
"Tom was so supportive and relaxed, it banished my doubts and I started imagining the two boys growing up together as the best of friends. There are massive benefits to having two children so close together."
The couple, who tied the knot in September, have picked out the name Phaedra, which comes from an ancient Greek play.
"I may be only 23 and the only one of our friends who's married, got a baby on the way and is on the verge of moving to Surrey, but it's a life I always dreamed of and I couldn't be happier," she explained.
"I don't think I'll be adding to our little brood until later on in my life when I'm older and don't have two toddlers running around."
