The Hollywood heartthrob - who got engaged to the Maleficent actress in April after being together for several years - didn't reveal a wedding date but told People that their nuptials would be "soon".
"The time is nigh," he said. "It's soon. I got a good feeling about it."
Speaking at the premiere of his movie Killing Them Softly, Brad admitted the couple's six children were keen to see their parents walk down the aisle.
"I am getting more pressure from my kids, and it is something I want to do within their lifetime, but I also feel like the time has come," said the 48-year-old.
Before they got engaged, Brad and Ange had declared that they would not wed until gay marriage was legalised.
However, the actor later told The Hollywood Reporter: "We'd actually like to, and it seems to mean more and more to our kids. We made this declaration some time ago that we weren't going to do it till everyone can. But I don't think we'll be able to hold out."
