HARRY Styles and the One Direction boys were fooled into calling an ambulance for TV presenter Declan McPartlin, when they thought he was a fan who fainted.
The boyband were tricked by Ant and Dec in disguise on a trip to the United States before their Madison Square Garden gig in December.
Declan posed as 'Jack', the band’s biggest fan from New Zeand, who was flown into meet the band before the performance.
He was accompanied by Ant who was posing as a New Zealand TV presenter Ben.
Similar competitions were run around the world, with Glenda Gilson bringing the Irish winners to meet the band at the same meet and greet.
Declan explained: “On the One Direction tour they met two fans from every nation; we heard the only two who didn’t go were from New Zealand and we thought that would be our way in.”
However, when Jack met with Harry Styles, Dec faked an asthma attack and started to hyper ventilate.
Ant explained: “I introduced him to the group and the meeting didn’t go as planned. But they fell for it.”
Dec’s asthma attack was so convincing the band panicked and called emergency services, who arrived to give him oxygen.
The entire clip will be shown on Saturday night on ITV on their Saturday Night TakeAway.
