My gold jacket from cabaret's heyday holds great memories

I don't have one, as I'm not an avid reader, but I have enjoyed books that have been suggested by other people, such as Michael Parkinson's autobiography, which I'm currently reading.
Anything by Max Bygraves, Andy Williams or Perry Como. I love the singers of that era. They don't make them like that any more.
Apart from our wedding day, my best memory is of our first trip to Sitges in Spain.
We still go there from time to time – we must be on our 102nd honeymoon at this stage.
Favourite piece of furniture
Our lovely dining-room set where we enjoy many happy get-togethers with family and friends.
Favourite item of clothing
My black-and-gold jacket from the heyday of cabaret – great memories.
None, thank God but I'm just allergic to bad manners.
Apart from my lovely wife Sheila, St Bernadette – she's always there for me when I need her.
what advice would you give your 16-year-old self?
Keep your mouth shut and be nice to the people on the way up, because you always meet them on the way back down.
I don't remember – it must not have been very exciting.
what characteristic in yourself do you like the most and least?
Maybe my nerve and my hard neck.
It used to be brandy and port, but now – under doctor's orders – it's tea, I'm afraid.
