ACTOR Cillian Murphy swapped the stage for DJ decks in his home-town of Cork last night to raise funds for a suicide support group.

Murphy was spinning disks at a fundraising gig at Cork Opera House for the charity, Bounce Back.

The gig marked the first anniversary of the death of Erbie Underwood (18), son of well-known blues singer Karen Underwood.

Karen established Bounce Back following Erbie's death to provide people between 12 and 20 with a facility for music, dance and sport.

The organisation also provides emotional and psychological support to young people and their families affected by suicide.

Murphy, who starred in the 'Batman' trilogy, is currently filming a new BBC gangster series, 'Peaky Blinders'.
