FRENCH actress Marion Cotillard is being tipped by some critics for Oscar glory for her performance in 'Rust and Bone'.

The actress who played Edith Piaf in 'La Vie en Rose' is seen here arriving at the gala screening of the movie at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

The film tells the story of a troubled single father who becomes involved with a beautiful whale trainer played by Cotillard, whose life is shattered by a terrible accident.

Cotillard won several awards, including the Academy Award, the BAFTA Award, the Cesar Award and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in the Piaf biopic. She also made film history by becoming the first person to win an Academy Award for a French language performance.
