Lander to serve up critical advice

A hot ticket for those involved in the food industry: esteemed restaurant critic Nick Lander, pictured, will be on hand for one night only to offer insight into his success next week.

The Financial Times expert will host a closed Question and Answer session next Monday, November 26, at the Ely Wine Bar in Dublin.

Lander's book The Art of the Restaurateur profiles 20 of the most successful restaurateurs in the world.
