Reality TV stars Kris and Bruce Jenner have confirmed they have separated – although there are no plans for divorce.
The news will come as little surprise to the fans of reality show ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’, the recent series of which saw former Olympian Bruce move out in the last series.
However, it is the latest blow for the Kardashian brand which has been carefully sculpted by ‘momager’ Kris for years.
Kris and Bruce have two children together – daughters Kendall (18) and Kylie (16).
Kris has four children from her first marriage to lawyer Robert Kardashian – daughters Kourtney, Kim, Khloe and son Rob.
Bruce has two sons from his first marriage to Linda Thompson – Brandon and Brody.
Last night, the couple issued a statement saying: “We are living separately and we are much happier this way.”
The statement added that the pair will continue to have love and respect for each other.
There was no mention of any plans for divorce. It is also not clear how the new living arrangements will affect their reality show, which is understood to make $40m for the family each year.
Sources close to the family told TMZ that Bruce is now living in Malibu and is spending a lot of time with his two sons.
Kris meanwhile is firmly ensconced in Calabasas with her daughters.
