Kris Jenner says “things couldn’t be better” since her split.
The Kardashian family matriarch announced her break-up from Bruce Jenner on Tuesday after 22 years of marriage.
The 57-year-old isn’t dwelling on the pain of separation and she is happy they are moving on.
"Things couldn't be better so I think everybody is getting it really wrong right now..." she told Entertainment Tonight about her relationship with the 63-year-old former Olympian.
Kris claims she is on good terms with her ex and that many of the stories concerning their split are not true or have a sensational twist.
"We're actually really good,” she continued. "Bruce and I are best friends and we actually have a lot of mutual love and respect for one another...So I think that when you read into a lot of the rubbish that's being printed and on the internet and on the tabloids it's just c**p.
“Nobody knows what's going on except Bruce or [myself] but we're just fabulous and all the kids are fabulous.”
Kris allegedly didn’t get on well with two of Bruce’s sons from a previous marriage, but she maintains they were recently in contact.
“I talked to Brandon and Brody this morning and Khloé is with me today and all the kids are great,” she said.
Kris has two daughters, Kendall, 17, and Kylie, 16, with Bruce and they are staying with her in Calabasas, California while he lives in Malibu.
Bruce is stepfather to Kourtney, Kim, Khloé and Rob Kardashian, children from her marriage to the late Robert Kardashian.
Kris’ daughter Khloé is also facing romantic problems at the moment as she is reportedly thinking about ending her marriage to Lamar Odom.
As well as allegedly being unfaithful to her, conflicting reports claim he has been using crack cocaine or abusing prescription pills.
