Justin Bieber has been spotted out partying with his dad, Jeremy Bieber, just hours after being released from jail.
The singer was released on a $2,500 bond after he was arrested for DUI, resisting arrest without violence and driving on an expired licence in Miami in the early hours of yesterday morning.
He has since been spotted in South Beach, Miami where he has followed up his release ‘with a few drinks’, according to Radar Online.
In the snap, posted online by CBS News 4 MIAMI reporter Gaby Fleischman, nineteen-year-old Justin can be seen checking his phone next to a table full of beer bottles as his father (38) stands nearby.
Meanwhile, Scooter Braun, the singer's manager - tweeted: 'love you and i will act in the manner of someone who truly cares.'
The 19-year-old singer was arrested for driving under the influence, resisting arrest without violence and driving on an expired licence in Miami in the early hours of yesterday morning. He has appeared in court already and been released on $2,500 bail.
It is the latest in a string of incidents involving the star, with cops raiding his Calabasas, California, mansion last week in connection with an egging incident on his neighbour's home, which caused $20,000 of damage. Justin's team, including his manager Scooter Braun, are said to be tired of dealing with the young star.
"I was talking to a source inside Justin’s camp — this is new. Scooter Braun and others in that camp have issued Justin an ultimatum,” Access Hollywood's Billy Bush explained. “You’ll hear people today say, ‘Oh, he’s a young guy, he’s making mistakes, he’s a young kid.’ Scooter and his team, they’re all past that. They’re past that point with Justin.
"Scooter has said to him, ‘You’ve gotta go get help, or I’m done. I’m done with you.'"
However, Scooter has spoken about Justin's arrest on Twitter and appears to be supportive of the young star. Although he didn't go into detail, he insisted he would do everything in his power to be there for him.
"@justinbieber love you and i will act in the manner of someone who truly cares. that is all I have to say. thanks for all those concerned," he wrote.
"Been a long day. Bottom line is we are defined by how we handle adversity. Be there when it counts. Love fully in good times and bad. (sic)."
Scooter isn't the only person who has spoken out in favour of Justin. Lady Gaga took to her blog to ask fans to reserve judgement about the incident yesterday.
"Hey monsters. I know everyone today is taking about Justin's arrest and all sorts of words and judgements are happening on the Internet. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and to stand up for themselves, but I think we should be supportive of Beliebers," she wrote.
"They deserve, just like any other fan, to feel strong for each other and Justin so they can continue to share the bond they have through music. We may not understand everything celebrities do because there's only so much we see, but Justin and Beliebers were 'born this way' too. Let's spread love and compassion to Beliebers today. That is what we are all about. Can you trend #MonstersSupportBeliebers? (sic)."
The singer's crew are also reportedly keen for him to attend therapy.
Those close to the singer are said to be advising him to return to L.A. now the ordeal is over so he can seek professional help.
TMZ reports "they have been trying to get him into rehab for months, but he has scoffed at the idea - he won't have a conversation about it and insists he doesn't need it."
This has triggered more concerns for the 19-year-old musician and the website also claims his people "believe the next best step is psychotherapy ... to deal with both his drug problem and the underlying issues that have caused it."
Justin is believed to be willing to have a serious discussion when he returns to L.A. and hasn't dismissed the idea.
Furthermore, according to people.com. Justin was far from smiling after being on trial and returning to the detention centre.
"[He was] crying his eyes out," a source revealed.
This event marks the latest in a long line of troubles for Justin. Cops raided his Calabasas, California, mansion last week in connection with an egging incident on his neighbour's home, which caused a reported $20,000 worth of damage. TMZ said LA County Sheriff's deputies were faced with evidence of drug use when inside Justin's property.
