From the old-school charm of an Italian castle to the peaceful beauty of the Irish countryside – star Kanye West knows how to treat his bride.
One of the world's most famous couples are in Ireland and enjoying the scenery on offer in the south of the country after a lavish family wedding in sun-soaked Italy.
Rapper West and his reality TV star wife Kim Kardashian flew into Ireland to enjoy their first few days as man and wife in a picture-perfect, quiet location, it has been revealed.
With money no object, the couple are believed to be holed up in a private property in Munster with plans to visit some of our most renowned tourist attractions in the coming days.
The couple arrived into Cork Airport by private jet at 3pm yesterday and were met by a fleet of Mercedes limousines.
They were whisked off for a five-day honeymoon at an undisclosed location.
However, they are also expected to spend at least one day in Dublin as they travel around the country.
The couple were accompanied by their personal assistants and bodyguards and are expected to remain in Ireland until Friday when they are due to jet back to the US.
The private jet flew into Cork from Florence where the couple had gotten married on Saturday.
Kardashian and West exchanged their vows at sunset in front of a small group of family and friends.
They had been expected to spend a week touring around Italy but took the celebrity world by surprise with their decision to select Ireland for their honeymoon.
Rumours abounded that they were staying in the five- star Castlemartyr Resort in Cork but the hotel stated that they "cannot comment" on the rumours that the celebrity couple are residing in the luxury hotel.
Although the hotel refused to make an official comment, a source told the Irish Independent that the couple were not there.
