The catchy dance track is from her forthcoming album 'Rebirth'.

J-Lo's chart success follows rumours in the celebrity press that the actress and singer is pregnant.

The 35-year-old star called off a trip to promote the film 'Shall We Dance?' with co-star Richard Gere at the last minute saying she was "not well".

Last week's number one single 'Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own' by U2 dropped to number seven. Elvis Presley's 'Surrender' went straight in at number two.
