The soon to be Mrs Theroux isn’t taking any chances when it comes to her second marriage.
With a lot less unsightly sweating and out-of-breath heaving that we’re used to at traditional bootcamp sessions, this one gives engaged couples a safe haven to air out any of their concerns and past hurts through counselling, exercises and seminars.
The three-day course is unique to the US, and Jen, who has never been shy about her experiences with therapy, has been attending “screaming sessions” in order to boost the strength of her relationship.
"She thought it would be a good idea to start married life rid of any problems," a source revealed. "Justin seems to be as much a believer in the therapy as Jennifer is. On arrival, they had to hand over their mobile phones and undertake counselling, couple massages and screaming therapy - where you howl your feelings out at the top of your voice."
While the details of their sessions are being kept under wraps, it is believed that Jennifer was harbouring anxieties from her 2005 marriage breakdown to Brad Pitt. "It was pretty hard tough going and they had to address all their deepest fears and worries," the source added.
The good news is that the experience left the couple more excited than ever for their wedding. "Jen and Justin seem to feel that they can take on anything married life throws at them now," the source continued. “They picked up their wedding rings as soon as they got back to LA and seem incredibly excited about the next phase in their lives."
It’s of little surprise that the couple purchased their rings from LA based jeweller Jen Meyer, whose designs are regularly seen on Aniston. As for the wedding date? Any day now…
