Newly-engaged Kim Kardashian has revealed she will take fiance Kanye West’s name.
Kim said she will make Kardashian her middle name, like her sister Khloe did following her marriage to basketball star Lamar Odom.
The reality TV star told E! she is still ‘shaking’ after Kanye’s extravagant surprise proposal on her 33rd birthday in the AT&T Park in San Francisco.
"I cried afterwards. I was shaking. And when you're like, Is this really happening? But you're just shaking…I honestly had no idea, none whatsoever," the 33-year-old said.
"I knew we were going to San Francisco for my birthday, because he had a show there the next night. So I thought it was just a birthday dinner."
The new mum said she still didn’t realise what was going on when she reached the baseball field.
"My eyes were closed and then I got up and I still the whole time I didn't think it was a proposal. I thought it was dinner on the baseball field and we had a nice orchestra. I still didn't get it…when he got on his knee, I kind of figured out what was going on,” she added.
Kim also promised she won’t be a ‘bridezilla’ third time around.
"As far as wedding stuff, we haven't even talked about anything, it's been such a whirlwind. We need like a moment to relax and figure it all out," she said.
"I'm going to leave this up to him. Whatever he wants."
Kim might not be thinking about the big day yet, but Kanye is reportedly already “writing special wedding vows”.
He is wasting no time putting pen to paper, as Kanye wants Kim to hear how much he loves her when they take their oath of marriage.
“This is very special to him and he wants to make sure everything goes down the way he wants it. He’s already been writing his vows, too. That’s how seriously he’s taking it,” a source tells Hollywood Life.
“It’s not going to be anything corny. It’s going to come straight from his heart and it’s going to be real,” the source continues.
“It’s going to rhyme, know that. That’s just how he is. But it’s going to be deep and once he’s done writing them, and saying them to her, he’s going to keep it tucked away in his wallet for the rest of his life.”
