Halle Berry's ex-boyfriend arrested after fight with her fiance over custody battle
HALLE Berry's ex-boyfriend has been arrested after a brawl with her fiance at the Hollywood star's Los Angeles home.
According to Los Angeles police, Gabriel Aubry became involved in a row with Berry's fiance Oliver Martinez at her Hollywood house yesterday.
TMZ website reports that Aubry lost his temper when he dropped off their four-year-old daughter at Berry's home, where she lives with French actor Martinez, who was previously engaged to Kylie Minogue.
Police say Aubry was injured in an altercation and was taken to a hospital.
According to TMZ, French Canadian model Aubry suffered a broken rib and marks to his face while Martinez is believed to have broken his hand.
The website alleges Martinez attempted to make a citizen's arrest on Berry's ex, when police arrived at the scene.
Aubry was booked for investigation of battery and released on $20,000 bail, and is scheduled to appear in court on December 13.
Berry and Aubry have been involved in a long drawn out custody dispute over Nahla.
It is believed that Berry and Martinez want to move to France with Nahla, as they are tired of the paparazzi in Hollywood.
However, Aubry is not willing to let his daughter leave the United States.
It has been reported that the fight broke out when Martinez told Aubry to 'move on' over the custody dispute.
The judge hearing the custody case barred Berry from moving to France two weeks ago.
She and Martinez became engaged earlier this year, she was previously married to musician Eric Bennet.
