Solicitor Gerald Kean and his partner Lisa Murphy who split for a period this year are cooking Christmas dinner for family at their palatial Wicklow home.
The couple are planning a lavish Christmas Day in their Drayton Manor home in the Wicklow hills.
In an exclusive interview with VIP magazine, the couple open up the doors of their home and tell of their lavish menu on the big day.
Gerald is cooking a pheasant and turkey and is planning three starters and two main courses.
Lisa reveals that he is the cook in the house, and often has dinner ready for her when she returns from work as a patient consultant at The Hospital Group or running her salon New Lisa Life in Sandycove.
She admits that if the couple didn't eat out so much, she could be a better in the kitchen: "If he didn't take me to restaurants all the time, I'd be able to cool more."
The star of Dublin Wives is has said nothing is booked for her big day, but that the couple could make a decision to get married in an instant. "That's the way we roll," she tells VIP.
Gerald who had a health scare earlier this year when he was hospitalised has a new take on life.
"Life being good to me is not about money," he said.
"I think life is good when your family have health. Yes, i once went out and bought a private jet for my ex-wife, and I had homes here and there, but to me life was still good when I had nothing.
"If I had to sell everything and live in a two-bed apartment, I'd still be happy.
"I'm a little disappointed I can't support, financially, all the charities at the level I was. I can no longer buy a car at a charity auction and then put it back into the auction. I used to do that; I did that three times in fact; but not anymore."
