Ex of Ryan Gosling has joked she'll spend Valentine's Day "weeping" over his cult flick.
The Hollywood star has endured new rumours that her relationship with Ryan Gosling, the romantic lead in The Notebook, has ended.
But instead of getting angry about the situation, she chose to make fun of it when she appeared on Ellen DeGeneres' talk show
"I'm not a big Valentine's Day person. I'll probably just order a deep dish [pizza] and watch The Notebook or something," she joked to Ellen.
"Just cry, and weep!"
The 39-year-old actress has been dating Ryan since 2011, but reports last week suggested the couple had parted ways.
Her representative told E! that this wasn't the case and the fresh allegations are "just another round of rumours".
Eva was in high spirits on the show and laughed when Ellen brought up yet more speculation surrounding the star.
The host earnestly asked if Eva wanted to address recent pregnancy rumours.
"I did [hear those rumours]. This all started, it's so ridiculous, it all started because I didn't want to go through the scanners at the airport. You know those x-ray scanners, which are really creepy. They basically see you naked, right. And not only that, but there's a radiation aspect to it, so I always opt out. I always ask for a personal pat down," she explained.
"I didn't mean personal!" she laughed, realising how it sounded. "I meant private. Ladies I want you guys to know you can ask for a private... they take you into an area."
Ellen carried on the joke and asked if Eva was expecting a boy or girl, which the star took in jest.
