Drew Barrymore: I need my friends

Drew Barrymore insists on spending time with her friends even though she's now a busy mother-of-two - because they've always been there for her.
The 39-year-old Charlie's Angels star gave birth to her second daughter, Frankie, in April and her first daughter Olive, is 19 months old.
She told Redbook: "I fight to carve out the time. My friends are such a priority because they were what I had for most of my life. We are really close. I wish we could play more often, but everyone is so busy it's insane."
She added: "Really trying to be there is important. If I was ever in a bind, no-one on the planet would have my back more than my friends."
Drew, whose friends include Cameron Diaz, opened up on her chemistry with her husband Will Kopelman and why he chose her instead of a "tall Upper East Side lady".
"Will [being with me], it does surprise me and it doesn't surprise me. However, knowing his personality and what he finds humorous and attractive and appealing, I'm like, 'OK, got it'," she said.
Drew also said she would like to raise her kids to do summer jobs, work experience, and be punctual in the June issue of Redbook, on sale on May 13.
