Lea Michele has spoken out for the first time since the death of her boyfriend Cory Monteith on July 13.
The Glee actress posted a heartfelt message to her friends and fans on social media network Twitter, thanking them for their support during this difficult time.
Lea, 26, wrote, “Thank you all for helping me through this time with your enormous love & support.
“Cory will forever be in my heart.”
She also shared a photo of herself and Cory, the happy couple laughing as they took a snapshot of themselves on the beach.
Glee actor Cory Monteith, 31, was found dead in his hotel room in Vancouver, Canada just over two weeks ago.
He had checked into the hotel room alone the week previous.
