George Clooney gave a fellow diner a nice surprise when he paid the man's bill at a restaurant.
The Hollywood star was eating at a fancy restaurant in Berlin, where he is making his new film The Monuments Men, and was so worried that he and his friends had disturbed the businessman by being too loud, that he secretly slipped off to pay his cheque.
The man, who hadn't recognised George, told Germany's Bild newspaper that he was "stunned" when he went to pay his bill, which came to over 100 euros, and discovered that the actor had taken care of it.
He said the group hadn't been rowdy at all, adding: "They had behaved in a very cultivated manner. I was stunned."
George is known for his acts of generosity. A few months ago he was snapped chatting to and giving money to a homeless man he spotted when he left a restaurant.
