The 43-year-old star decided to admit herself to a special centre to get help for Bipolar disorder, according to TMZ.

The actress entered the facility yesterday and is believed to be carrying out a 30-day programme.

The Welsh beauty’s change of situation isn’t thought to be a drastic one however, she is simply taking “proactive” steps to maintain her mental wellbeing.

A source commented that Catherine’s care choice is just "maintenance."

It’s not the first time she has stayed at a medical building for her illness.

She endured a period in 2011 to get help with the disease she has been outspoken about with the public.
