Bieber's Pacquiao tweets offend
Justin Bieber has caused offence in the Philippines after mocking the country's top boxer on Twitter.
After Manny Pacquiao was knocked out during a Las Vegas fight earlier this month, pop superstar Justin uploaded two photoshopped pictures of the fighter lying in the boxing ring.
The singer's snaps have angered Filipino politicians, who have threatened to make him a "persona non grata" in the country unless he apologises, according to the Toronto Sun.
A statement from seven members of the Philippines Congress said: "Mr Bieber should have known that the Hon. Pacquiao has reached his stature as such as a result of sheer hard work, determination and firm belief in God, and despite such stature best exemplifies humility and grace even in defeat."
The pictures Justin posted included one of Michael Jackson in the ring, wearing his Smooth Criminal outfit paraphrasing the song's line "Manny are you ok, are you ok Manny?".
