Drew Barrymore has told how her career needs to fit around her family life now she is a mum.
The Going The Distance actress welcomed daughter Olive in September 2012 and is currently expecting her second baby with husband Will Kopelman.
And she told Women's Health that work now has to be slotted in around raising her children.
"Everything I'm going to do is going to have a real consciousness toward, 'Is this a job I can do and still get home in time for dinner and have days where I get to do every diaper change?'," said the actress.
"Then I'm going to have to go out on certain days and work and not try to feel like the guiltiest person on the planet, which every mother understands."
As well as acting, Drew, 38, has her own make-up line, Flower Beauty, to juggle.
She said: "I love doing the beauty line because it's so inherently feminine and so much of a celebration of women. I think about my daughter and how special that is to be making something that's so creative and empowering, so that really fits. "
