Hollywood's most famous acting talent gathered for the most impressive selfie - ever - at the Academy Awards.
Host Ellen DeGeneres was working the room and engaging with A-list guests when she stopped and asked Meryl Streep for a selfie.
She then invited Julia Roberts, who was sitting behind the record-breaking 18-time Oscar nominee, to join, as well Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie for the incredible snap.
Ellen DeGeneres' photograph went straight on to Twitter and promptly went viral and by 6am had been retweeted more than 2 million times.
It broke a record set by President Barack Obama with the picture of him hugging First Lady Michelle Obama after his re-election in 2012.
Twitter even had to send out an apology because all of retweeting disrupted the service for more than 20 minutes.
The host's light-hearted nature enthralled audience members, although she did get in hot water with Liza Minelli earlier in the night.
She joked that the legendary actress was 'the best Liza Minelli impersonator she'd ever seen'.
