Sir David Attenborough has formed an unlikely friendship - with Icelandic singer Bjork.
The natural history presenter, 86, called Bjork, 47, "honey" after meeting up to make a film about music, such as whale noises, in nature.
The newspaper quoted the TV veteran, who has lent his voice to an iPad app promoting her latest album, Biophilia, as saying: "I called her 'honey'. She really is quite enchanting."
Earlier this year, Sir David met another star admirer - Hollywood actress Cameron Diaz.
Cameron flirted with the TV naturalist, said she was a big fan and even joked that she wanted a "private viewing" of the out-takes from his shows.
