They're not known to be media shy, however 'Kimye' have so far evaded the media since touching down in Ireland at the weekend.

Despite several reported sightings ranging from Cork to Limerick, no photographs had been snapped of the pair.

However it now appears the newly weds may have enjoyed a trip to the cinema in the midlands.

A picture on Twitter appears to show the couple leaving a cinema in the town this evening.

It is not yet know whether the image is genuine, with many suggesting it could be photoshopped.

A 'glow' appears around West's head, which experts claim is a sign the image has been tampered with.

However a second image from a different angle has emerged which would appear to confirm it is the couple.

Real or not, the image has kept fans guessing where the celeb couple might be holed up.

It has led to suggestions that the pair may be staying at the opulent Ballyfin House near by.

An overnight stay in the stately home costs in excess of €1,000 per night.

The house has long been considered one of the most lavish Regency mansions in the country, and after eight years of restoration, it re-opened in May 2011 as a 5 star country house hotel.

Kanye did visit the same cinema in Portlaoise during an Irish visit in 2012.

It was a shock to see him there, I didn't really believe it," Craig Martley (14) told the Herald at the time.

"We got a text from a friend, saying he was in the cinema, and we were waiting outside for him beside his big black Mercedes," he said.

Craig Martley was joined by his brother Ciaran (14) and their friend Lee Davis (14) - the lads were too star-struck to talk, but they mustered the bravery to ask for a photo.

"He was smaller than I thought," Craig admitted, "I called all my friends and they didn't believe me until I put the photos up on Facebook."
