Angelina Jolie debuts new tattoo
Angelina Jolie has shown off a new tattoo - an inscription down her right arm.
The Hollywood actress was snapped strolling along in Sydney, Australia, wearing a short-sleeve black t-shirt that showed off the latest inking in her large collection.
The long piece of writing on the inside of her forearm appears to be in Arabic, and is just beneath another larger Arabic tattoo she has that means "determination".
Angelina is in Australia with her six children while she films new movie Unbroken, her second directing project. Meanwhile, fiance Brad Pitt is in the UK shooting his latest film.
The 38-year-old actress - who has previously said "at heart I will always be just a punk kid with tattoos" - is thought to have about 17 different designs inked all over her body.
Her tattoos include the phrase "know your rights" under her neck, a five-line inscription on her left shoulder blade, which is thought to be a magical Pali incantation, written in Khmer, the native language of Cambodia, which she had done to protect her oldest son Maddox from bad luck.
There are a number of inkings across her torso, including the Japanese sign for death, a dragon and a large black cross, and she has a large tiger on her lower back, which she had tattooed in Bangkok in July 2004.
She also has the Tennessee Williams quote "A prayer for the wild at heart, kept in cages", and the co-ordinates of the locations where her children were born on her upper left arm, in the place where she used to have a dragon with the name of her ex-husband Billy Bob Thornton.
