Alec Baldwin quits Twitter again
Alec Baldwin has deleted his Twitter account after losing his temper with a journalist who claimed his wife used her phone during James Gandolfini's funeral.
The 30 Rock star vented his anger on the social networking site after a reporter claimed his wife Hilaria Thomas had posted tweets on her account during the memorial service in New York.
Alec - who says he fired his publicist - wrote: "Someone wrote that my wife was tweeting at a funeral. Hey. That's not true.
"My wife and I attended a funeral to pay our respects to an old friend.
"My wife DID NOT use her phone, in any capacity, at our friends funeral. Now, f*** this twitter + good luck to all of you who know the truth."
He then deleted his account @ABFalecbaldwin, the account for his foundation supporting the arts.
Alec deleted his personal Twitter account last summer, just days after his wedding to yoga instructor Hilaria, but continued to tweet from his Alec Baldwin Foundation account.
His personal Twitter account was previously deactivated in December 2011 after he was removed from a flight for playing mobile game Words With Friends, which became a dramatic event as he live tweeted being ordered to turn off his phone or leave the plane for take off.
