Guestlist read like a who's who of Irish showbiz when manager Noel Kelly celebrated his 50th birthday on Saturday night.
Ryan Tubridy and girlfriend Aoibhinn Ni Shuilleabhain, Joe Duffy, Craig Doyle, Lorraine Keane and Dave Fanning, ex-politician Liz O'Donnell and celebrity gardener Diarmuid Gavin were among the clients of NK Management who turned up to wish him well in members' club Residence on St Stephen's Green.
Model Yvonne Keating and new partner, cameraman John Conroy, joined the party after drinks in Shelbourne Hotel across the road, adding to a full house that included Morah Ryan and children Rex and Lottie Ryan, 'Xpose' presenter Lisa Cannon, TV3 weatherman Martin King, and chef Clodagh McKenna.
Many of those arriving were shocked to find manager Kelly not singing their praises, but singing the blues, as the former musician reformed his old band The Leadbellies specially for the evening.
"We played everywhere around Dublin for 10 years, from Bad Bob's to The Baggot Inn, so it was great getting back up to do it again with such talented players. I had a great night," Noel Kelly told the Irish Independent.
Despite being called the 'Godfather of Irish Talent', the agent focused his attention at Saturday's party on his own VIPs: wife Catriona and three daughters Leah, Naoise and Abbi Kelly.
Sisters Grainne and Sile Seoige, both clients of NK management, were absent from the party due to the passing of their grandmother in Galway.
