The Biggest Loser winner Rachel Frederickson has once again defended her excessive 155lb weight loss, saying she did everything 'naturally'.
Rachel Frederickson (24) came under fire from critics and is facing accusations of an eating disorder when she went from an American size 20 to a size zero during her seven months on the weight loss show.
"I'm extremely proud of the way I lost the weight," she said in an interview with Us Magazine. "I did everything so naturally, and the athlete in me really came back."
While she has faced criticism for the dramatic loss, she insists it was all done through hard work and exercise.
She was asked directly about the eating disorder rumours, to which she replied: "Oh gosh, I didn't even see that."
"I feel like my journey on The Biggest Loser was my path and I followed the advice and has the support of the medical team at The Biggest Loser the entire journey.
"So it's just been natural and I've enjoyed every part of it. So I'm going to continue on that path and maintain this healthy lifestyle and just really enjoy this new life.'
After her time at the weight loss ranch, she says she ate 1,6000 calories a day and exercised a 'ton'.
