The couple who works out together, stays together.
And judging from Amanda Byram (40) and her reported new love interest, Gethin Jones' physiques, they're in it for the long haul.
The Castleknock presenter, who divides her time between London and LA, was spotted working out with Jones (35) in sunny Los Angeles where they have been staying for the last two weeks.
Amanda showed off her incredible figure in a neon green crop to and leggings, with a pair of aviator sunglasses and a makeup free face.
She was given a helping hand by her new beau as he helped her stretch on the stairs in Santa Monica, a popular workout spot with locals, celebrities included.
While Amanda has been uncharacteristically coy about her romantic status, she has been hinting for weeks that she and the Welsh TV presenter, who was engaged to Katherine Jenkins, are a couple.
The pair spent the Christmas holidays together after she jetted home to Dublin for Christmas. Amanda has been sharing endless selfies of the two of them cuddling and looking more loved up than ever.
Last year, the star said she was happy on her own and in no rush to settle down - despite the pressure from others.
She split from fiance Craig McMullen in 2011 and has been filling her own bucket list and living life to the full ever since.
“I’m very happily single,” she previously explained. “It’s quite unnerving when people ask you, ‘Are you single?’ — with that pity in their voice.
“It’s a great thing to be independent and I would never define myself by my relationship status. It’s OK if you don’t have a boyfriend, it’s OK if you’re not married — I have a wonderful life.”
Following the end of her engagement, she told Hello! magazine she felt too raw for another relationship.
"It's scary and of course you see couples in love and think how nice it is," she said. "I am a romantic and love being in love more than anything but I am not in that place right now. I am not ready for a relationship again.'
