A ?130m development of large houses in Swords, Co Dublin is planned by developer Paddy Doyle to cater for the trading up demand on Dublin's northside.
In all 191 four- and five-bed houses are planned for the site at Naul Road in Brackenstown and next to Knocksedan housing estate.
